•We appreciate how important it is to ensure that you make the most of your time away and the most of your time together either as a couple, as a family or with friends.

•We wish to achieve a high standard of customer care as we feel that this is something that is expected on any holiday but not always provided.

•We offer a fully flexible package which enables guests to receive a service that has been customised to their requirements.

•We understand that a priority of a winter holiday is getting plenty ski/snowboard hours and having fun, not worrying about logistics.

•We wish to promote a highly personal service to the extent that we will accompany guests from breakfast time, out onto the slopes and back to the Chalet to enjoy an evening meal and a glass of wine if they wish. Alternatively, we are happy to step back and wait on guests hand and foot as Chalet hosts.
