The Resort - St. Martin de Belleville
Traditional French ski chalets in the Three Valleys
St Martin de Belleville is by far the prettiest resort in the whole of the Three Valleys, being a traditional French village with a ski lift rather than a purpose built ski resort.
St Martin is located right in the centre of the Three Valleys and by taking two lifts you can either... take a left and drop into Meribel and then across to Courchevel or... turn right and head to Les Meniures and Val Thorens.
Being on the Val Thorens side of the valley we are conveniently placed to enjoy the liveliness of Val Thorens and we can also catch early snow in November and late snow in May, the resort being the highest in Europe. Yep, we've got it all!
So where exactly is Saint Martin?
Some people may have previously dropped into St Martin when staying in the Three Valleys - down the well renowned Jerusalem run to get away from the crowds for a relaxing lunch in a charming alpine village. Well now’s your chance to stay for a bit longer, by joining us at GMC.
We like to call a spade a spade here at GMC so we won’t lie to you – St Martin is a very quiet resort. We have a total of five bars – only two of which are open until the early hours (only just, they both close at 1am). We have been asked previously, so for those of you who were wondering – no, we don’t have any strip clubs in St Martin!
"...Whilst the chalet is a bit out of town we had such a laugh in the chalet itself that we only ventured into town once and even then we were offered a lift (so James could enjoy a cheeky pint whilst Gemma cleared up no doubt!) The chalet itself is fabulous with great views and a fantastic atmospheric dining area and the quality and breadth of skiing in Trois Vallees is second to none. Fast lifts from St Martin get you into the midst of the area in no time..."

We're happy to show you around!
We also provide free accompanied skiing to show you the best runs and just as importantly where to stop for coffee, lunch and beer along the way – that is if you can bring yourself to hit the slopes with two (well behaved) boarders!
"...Over the course of the first couple of days James and Gemma came on to the pistes with us to show us around. Having skied the area previously this was a real eye-opener! They told us the best runs, where to lunch etc and even made us packed lunches for a little extra when we wanted them..."
